If your unsuccessful in drawing license, deposit will be applied to a future hunt.
Balance due upon drawing license.
We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance!

Refund of Deposit:

Refunds will be given for the following reasons:

• For medical emergencies, or death, the Wyoming Game and Fish policy will be implemented..
• Combinations hunts will be refunded, 100% for the portion of the hunt that licenses are not drawn.
• When a hunt can be filled by someone else.
• Clients must notify the Outfitter on their intentions to cancel in writing.
